Delivery time is estimated at:

However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. As they say, good things come to those who wait.

Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out.

Q: Which courier company do you use?
A: We use various courier companies to ensure all parcels arrive on time. Tracking number will be provided within 3- 5 working days after we processed your order together with a tracking link.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. You may refer the table above for orders that are eligible for free postage.
Q: Which country do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide! You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country at the check out page.
Q: I was charged by the customs. I want a refund.
A: Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Q: When will I receive my parcel?
A: Local orders - Within 7-9 working days upon order confirmations.
International orders – Within 7-14 working days upon order confirmations
Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: If you checked out as a guest, you may find your tracking number in your mailbox.
If you checked out as a member, you may find your tracking number in your order history. Simply login into your account and refer to the order that you would like to track.
Q: Has my order been shipped out yet?
A: Your order will be processed the next day upon order placement. We will then send all orders out the same day or next day depends on order queue. Rest assured that you will receive your parcel within 7-9 working days (local orders) & 5-15 working days (international orders).
Q: How do I add/change the items in my order or my shipping details after the order is placed?
Please note that no changes can be made to the order or delivery address after the order has been placed.
Q : What should I do if I received a defect item(s) ?
Faulty item must be ship to Joie Mie within 10 working days of receipt. It will not be accepted after 10 working days of receipt. It will take estimated total 7 working days to process your exchange and to arrange shipment of the new replacement. Joie Mie will bear the shipping cost for faulty item returns and will credit the shipping fees to your bank account within 3-5 working days of receipt.
We guarantee to provide the replacement for the size exchange and for faulty products. Except for Discounted Items or Cheongsam. Please note that Joie Mie does not refund. To ensure you have the best online shopping experience, we have put together a flexible returns policy for your peace of mind.
For exchange due to sizes issues, you will need to return the items within 7 working days of receipt. Once the goods are well received in original conditions, Joie Mie will then take estimated 5-7 working days to process your exchange and arrange shipment of the replacement items. For size exchange, customers will have to bear the shipping fees for shipment to Joie Mie.
